Microbiological Analysis
To cover the problem area of micro-organism pathogenicity and their metabolic products
(e.g.,. toxins), we carry out microbiological examination under the Drinking-Water
Directive on Water and waste-water samples, foodstuffs, everyday-use products,
micro-organisms in inner rooms (moulds, yeast and bacteria).
The establishment of potential hazard gains greater importance here.
We lay great value on extensive evaluation and assessment of hygiene risks.
Therefore a complex Hygiene Management system is necessary for an operable
Quality Gaurantee system.
